Warranty
Items purchased from the Pared store come with a 6 month warranty. Please see below for further details and terms.
- Warranty effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects only. We offer a repair or replacement when the item is deemed by QC to be faulty.
- general wear and tear of clothing which includes ripped, marked, mishapen or incorrectly washed clothing.
- general wear and tear of jewellery including scratching, tarnishing, fading, misshapen or accidental breakage of jewellery

If you have a faulty item, please contact us at hello@theparedstore.com.au and include your order number, name and a photo and detailed description of the issue. Items will need to be returned to the Pared Store - If we deem the item to be faulty we will repair the item where possible, offer a replacement or a refund. Please note repairs can take 4 weeks.
For repairs that fall out of the 6 month warranty period, please contact customer service as we may be able for a fee to repair the item for you.
